While knowledge-intensive communities are actively inter- acting, divergent knowledge positions appear as a natural consequence of the knowledge-sharing activity. Although this feature can look like an un- favorable situation, we argue that maintaining the coexistence with con- flicts and following their evolution allows the community to understand how new knowledge emerges. In this paper, we discuss the knowledge sharing process where divergences occur and we propose a technological approach that allows communities to coexist with conflicts.
